General Recommendations & Requirements for Admissions
New applicants can apply online using their choice of the Common Application, Coalition Application or Questbridge Application. Applicants will also need to supply high school transcripts, counselor and teacher recommendations, and standardized test scores for either the ACT or SAT.
There is no minimum GPA requirement for entry, but there is a strong preference for students with high marks in demanding coursework. The minimum recommended high school coursework is at least four years of English, three or four years of Mathematics, three years of foreign language, two years of Science and one year of history.
