In turn, they were forced to live off campus in an old house until the school was secured and relieved of the quarantine status. In honor of these students, Juniata College hosts a Mountain day each year where all classes are cancelled and students are invited to a picnic in the state park, followed by a full day of outdoor activities and nature walks!
