General Recommendations & Requirements for Admissions

Students must complete and submit the Common Application, including the essay. A High School Transcript, Counselor Recommendation and Secondary School Report should be requested from the guidance office. A Mid-Year Report must be submitted once the seventh semester grades become available.

Applicants are required to send a Teacher Recommendation. Submission of SAT or ACT scores is optional. Prospective students may choose to submit an Arts supplement or the Kalamazoo College writing supplement. It is recommended that students complete an interview with an admission counselor or alumni representative.
